How I teach it

To me, the most important part of teaching math is keeping students interested, and I accomplish this by showing how useful math is. I always make sure students have context on how each lesson fits into the bigger picture. This context comes from original mathematical classics, such as The Rhind Papyrus, as well as modern mathematics, including calculus, logic, and number theory. It’s important to understand how math developed into what it is today and how it shapes our modern world.
